IMPORTANT NOTICE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This TeaZone End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity)
and TeaZone for the TeaZone software(s) accompanying this EULA,
which include(s) computer software and may include "online" or electronic
documentation, associated media, and printed materials ("SOFTWARE").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE or any UPDATES (
defined below),
you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or
otherwise use the SOFTWARE.
In addition, by installing, copying, or otherwise using any updates
or other components of the SOFTWARE that you receive separately as part of
the SOFTWARE ("UPDATES"), you agree to be bound by any additional license terms
that accompany such UPDATES. If you do not agree to the additional license terms that
accompany such UPDATES, you may not install, copy, or otherwise use such UPDATES.
For information on refunds and exhanges, please refer to
the Refunds clause defined below.

Privacy Policy: Collecting
Information from Your Computer
|
In line with TeaZone's policy of being transparent and to uphold integrity, the SOFTWARE
may collect the following information for registration purposes:
- User Name associated with the copy of Microsoft Windows on the COMPUTER
(defined below)
- Version, Version Number, and Product ID / Serial Number associated with that copy of
Microsoft Windows on the COMPUTER
- the name of this SOFTWARE
- the date of installation of the SOFTWARE
- your email address or addresses, if you
use more than one
Note:
If there are changes to the amount of information that is collected, TeaZone undertakes to
inform you promptly at the point of such future installation and change.
These information are encrypted to form a single serial number for this SOFTWARE
("VERIFICATION KEY"),
which uniquely identifies your installation of this SOFTWARE on the COMPUTER.
Please note that these are the only information
transmitted to TeaZone.
When you do purchase the software, you will be asked to send this VERIFICATION KEY to TeaZone
for integration into TeaZone's customer database. Thereafter you will be issued an
encrypted serial number ("REPLY KEY") and other copy protection files to be stored on your
COMPUTER.
NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE TRANSMITTED TO TEAZONE REGARDING YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION,
EXCEPT USAGE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Privacy Policy: Use of
Information collected from Your Computer

The information collected from your COMPUTER may be used in the following ways:
- stored on TeaZone's customer database
- used to verify customer authenticity when issuing refunds/exchanges/transfers
- used to prevent abuse of copyright SOFTWARE
- used for in-house statistical analysis
- WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER THIRD
PARTY WITHOUT YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT

Trial Period
|
If you have not purchased this SOFTWARE, this SOFTWARE carries a limited time duration
for your testing purpose only ("TRIAL PERIOD").
The trial period for the SOFTWARE is indicated at the time of your download. The same
information is also available in the HELP, ABOUT screen.
When the trial ends, the SOFTWARE will cease to function on your
COMPUTER.

Extension of Trial Period
|
This section applies only to SOFTWARE that is NOT purchased.
Upon expiry of the TRIAL PERIOD and if you wish to continue using the SOFTWARE,
you have to contact
sales@teazone1.com,
whereupon you will have to email TeaZone the VERIFICATION KEY as aforementioned.
(please read the section on Privacy Policy: Collecting
Information from Your Computer)
If you do not wish to extend the trial period, the SOFTWARE will cease to function on
your COMPUTER.
TeaZone reserves all right to refuse any extension
of the TRIAL PERIOD.

Grant of License |
TeaZone grants you the following
rights provided that you comply with all terms and
conditions of this EULA:
- Installation and Use
You may install, use, access, display and run one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single
computer, such as a workstation, terminal or other device
("COMPUTER"). It is expressly forbidden to connect any other computers or devices to the
COMPUTER, in order to use, access, display or run the SOFTWARE installed on the COMPUTER,
unless you have purchased separate license(s) for the other computer(s).
- Storage/Network Use
You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE on a storage device, such as a network
server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE on your
other COMPUTERs over an internal network;
however, you must acquire and dedicate an additional license
for each separate COMPUTER on or from which the
SOFTWARE is installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. A
license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or used
concurrently on different Workstation Computers.
- Software Not Purchased
Any SOFTWARE that is not purchased may carry a TRIAL PERIOD; and as such, will cease to
function at the end of the TRIAL PERIOD.
- All Rights Reserved
TeaZone reserves all rights not expressly
granted to you in this EULA.

Upgrades |
To use a SOFTWARE identified as an upgrade, you
must first be licensed for the SOFTWARE identified by
TeaZone as eligible for the upgrade. After upgrading, you
may no longer use the SOFTWARE that formed the basis for your
upgrade eligibility.

Transfers |
Transfers only apply to purchased SOFTWARE.
Internal Transfers
- You may move the SOFTWARE to a different COMPUTER ten (10) times,
if the SOFTWARE is not used for commercial purposes.
- You may move the SOFTWARE to a different COMPUTER three (3) times,
if the SOFTWARE is used for commercial purposes.
Third Party Transfers
The initial user of the SOFTWARE may make a one-time transfer of
the SOFTWARE to another end user. The transfer has to include
all component parts, media, printed materials, this EULA. The
transfer may not be an indirect transfer, such as a
consignment.
Prior to the transfer, the end user receiving
the transferred SOFTWARE must agree to all the EULA terms. The intial user must
also inform TeaZone and run VERIFICATION PROGRAM (defined below)
You are also expressly forbidden to rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE.
Please note that for every transfer of SOFTWARE to another COMPUTER, you may need
a new verification key to unlock the SOFTWARE.
TeaZone reserves all rights to refuse such transfer, refund or exchange if there is reason
to believe that any terms and conditions of this EULA is not complied with.

Refunds |
Period for Refund
If you have downloaded, installed and used this SOFTWARE from the Internet, and subsequently
paid for the SOFTWARE, the period eligible for refund is as follows:
- if the trial period identified for the SOFTWARE for download ("TRIAL PERIOD") has
not expired, the refund deadline will be thirty (30) days from the date the TRIAL PERIOD
expires.
- if the TRIAL PERIOD has already expired
when you pay for the SOFTWARE, the refund deadline will be thirty
(30) days after the date of purchase.
If you have NOT purchased this SOFTWARE from the Internet, then the refund deadline will be
thirty (30) after the date of purchase.
Exchanges
You may elect to exchange for any other TeaZone software during the refund period. This
exchange will be final and you will waive all rights to other exchanges/refunds.
Terms and Conditions of Refunds/Exchanges
All refunds and exchanges are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Prior to refund/exchange, you must agree to uninstall the SOFTWARE from the COMPUTER.
- To prove the uninstallation, you must agree to run a computer verification
software ("VERIFICATION PROGRAM") that will verify that such uninstallation has
indeed occurred on the COMPUTER.
- You must email, or in other ways suitable to you, return the results produced from the
VERIFICATION PROGRAM to TeaZone within forteen (14) days after you have run the
VERIFICATION PROGRAM.
- Upon receipt of the results, if TeaZone has detected that there has been tampering of
the results or the SOFTWARE has not been deleted from your COMPUTER, TeaZone will inform
you within forteen (14) days. Depending on the results received, TeaZone may either ask you
to perform the uninstallation process again, or TeaZone may refuse your refund/exchange
outright. (Please see Tampering / Reverse-Engineering clause).
- If no tampering is detected and that the
SOFTWARE has been verified to be uninstalled from the COMPUTER,
TeaZone will promptly issue authorization for a refund/exchange
within forteen (14) days after the receipt of the said results.

Tampering, Reverse Engineering,
Decompilation And Disassembly
|
You may not tamper, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and
only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation.
If tampering of the SOFTWARE has been detected, TeaZone will promptly confirm with you
of such activity.
In the case of tampering to defeat or circumvent the purpose of TRIAL PERIOD and payment
for legal use of SOFTWARE, you may be liable for both criminal and civil prosection to the
maximum extent possible under applicable law(s).

Termination
|
Without prejudice to your other rights,
TeaZone may cancel this EULA if you do not abide by the
terms and conditions of this EULA, in which case you must uninstall and
destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.
You must also run the VERIFICATION PROGRAM to prove that such uninstalltion has taken place.

Warranties
|
for SOFTWARE DOWNLOADED FROM THE INTERNET
- Except where it is expressly documented, the SOFTWARE is provided AS IS AND WITH ALL ITS
INHERENT FAULTS,
including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties
or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a
particular purpose, of accuracy or completeness of
responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, of lack of
viruses, and of lack of negligence, all with regard to the
SOFTWARE, and the provision of or failure to provide support
services.
- there is no warranty or condition of
title, quiet enjoyment, quiet possession,
correspondence to description or
non-infringement with regard to the software.
- that the SOFTWARE is freely available for download is for your trial purpose only.
- in the case of purchase, that by your
consent to purchase this software, you acknowledge that you have
with due diligence, used the SOFTWARE and tested it and have
accepted all the faults therein and hold TeaZone free from all
legal action arising from the use of this SOFTWARE.
for SOFTWARE NOT DOWNLOADED ON THE INTERNET
- Except where it is expressly documented, the SOFTWARE is provided AS IS AND WITH ALL ITS
INHERENT FAULTS,
including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties
or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a
particular purpose, of accuracy or completeness of
responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, of lack of
